It is common practice for hiring managers to include a few behavioural questions in job interviews to see if you possess skills and abilities needed for the job. Talk about what you learned, the excitement to tackle new challenges, and willingness to leave your comfort zone to learn something valuable from the experience.
2. Describe a situation in which you embraced a new system, process, technology or idea different from the old way of doing things.
Talk about a specific situation where you bring focus on your eagerness to explore new ways of working, what you learned, how you embraced change and found a better way.
