City of Surrey is hiring election workers for the upcoming 2018 Municipal Election! 

If you are interested in taking on the important task of working on Election Day (Saturday, October 20, 2018) plus Advance Voting Opportunities (October 6, 10, 11 and 13, 2018), please see below for more information.

Employment Requirements

• Legally able to work in Canada
• You do not have to be a Canadian citizen to apply
• 18 years of age or older
• Must apply online and complete the online test
• Must successfully complete specific training sessions for your assigned role in September 2018
• Attention to detail and strong customer services skills required
• Computer knowledge and ability will be a requirement for most of the positions
• Fluency in English required, other languages an asset
• Preference given to Surrey residents with past election experience
