This is an introductory 2-hour webinar exploring key topics in the workplace: equity, inclusion and systemic inequality.

About this Event

Equity, inclusion and systemic inequality can be uncomfortable topics.

Engage in an introductory session that explores some key elements that lead to barriers in the workplace, and begin developing your toolkit on how to improve the inclusiveness of your organization.

Choose from two available webinar times January 22 or January 26, 2021.

There will also be an optional follow-up workshop called , From Cognitive Bias to Inclusive Workplaces in February. Registration and attendance at this “Working Across Differences” webinar is required before registering for the more interactive workshop. All sessions are free.

Our Facilitator is Shereen Samuels.

Shereen Samuels has 20+ years’ experience facilitating multi-stakeholder community engagement, and equity,

diversity and inclusion (EDI) change management. In 2013 she completed a Master’s thesis which designed a practical framework for increasing meaningful workplace inclusion; and she is deeply committed to working collaboratively and

creatively across boundaries and differences in order to strengthen organizations. She is a co-founder of Edify.
