Eligibility:

• Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person

• Ages of 17 to 29

• Unemployed or Underemployed

• Not attending full-time school

• A resident of Greater Vancouver Regional District

• Not participating in another provincially or federally funded labour market program
