The Diverse Leaders Tri-Cities Project aims to strengthen the capacity of leadership candidates to achieve their goals – while also supporting organizations to meaningfully implement inclusion policies.
We strive to make Diverse Leaders Tri-Cities Project an initiative that meets your leadership goals. In order to better understand your needs, we invite you to participate in a community consultation for leadership candidates, on December 4, from 11– 12:30 pm, where you will be able to share with us what you need to achieve your objectives as a leader.
Diverse Leaders Tri-Cities Project will engage under-represented voices (including but not limited to Indigenous, Black and people of colour (IBPOC), LGBTQ2S+, women, newcomers, refugees and youth) and support them with tools and connections to participate in leadership roles.
